Vardhaman Engineering started in 2004, seeking the insight of manufacturers around the world. We strive to fulfill our customer’s needs through our expertise in engineering. We constantly challenge ourselves on how to use technology to enhance our outcomes and reduce its impact on the environment.
At the very beginning, we started with one milling machine in Pune's Narhe Industry. We faced difficulties such as the lack of availability for spare parts in older machines. Hence, during the reconditioning projects we decided to develop such spares in our own machinery shop.Since then we have consistently manufactured spares for various machine tool manufacturers and have also manufactured a variety of SPM’s. (Our latest product is a CNC SPM for Radiator crimping, Pipe Grooving m/c, Dozer Test Rig, Urea Dosing Motor Performance Test Rig which is used in Euro 6/VI Engine, CES Test Rig for analyses of exhaust IV Engine with the help of Servo axes & had been giving tremendous response from our valued clients. Also, we have done thermal mapping activity in Engine Block & Head.)
In ways to maximize the productivity, we involved and intertwined information technology into the presence of a manufacturing facility. We are leveraging on top of new technologies that are emerging and are well informed about advanced sensors, cloud-based computing and the artificial intelligence capabilities, all of which allow manufacturing to run in an energy efficient and more effective way.

MR. ARUN KANGLE (Director)
Mr. Kangle has more than 30 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry for the Pharma, Food, and related industries. He has expertise with the fast-changing technology in vital areas of manufacturing to support and serve this sector.
He helps to create new products directly from either raw materials or new components.
Mr. Arun is very productive owing to the increased use of computers and robotics. He has experience in leading cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality or other logistics issues for enhancing time-to-market deliveries to customers.
He plays a key role in developing partnership strategies for key markets and the programs needed to drive success. He is an expert in providing in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors, and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making.
MR. DEEPAK H.NAZARKAR (Senior Works Manager)
Mr. Deepak is familiar with the latest trends and techniques of the field, having an inborn quantitative aptitude and determination to carve a successful career in the industry. He has an experience more than 30 years. He has very good knowledge of the usage of different KAIZEN tools for developing a LEAN Manufacturing system in the company. He is an expert in the assembly of CNC machines & the testing of machines.
He plays a key role in the machine tool manufacturing and user industries. His expertise lies in the assembly of CNC turning machines & testing of machines and he knows ISO very well.
He has a strong academic background and is a quick learner with a sharp, analytical mind. He also has qualities that are useful in troubleshooting and research development activities. He is focused and hardworking, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of various operating systems.
MR. SANJAY KADAM (Manager Of Sales & Marketing)
He has formulated a profit center budget for operational/business development activities with a great view to realize pre-planned sales and revenue targets. He has knowledge about expanded markets, generated businesses & targeted potential customers.
We have achieved market penetration & product expansion through strategic business planning done by Mr.Sanjay.
He helped to acquire new customers such as L&T, Siemens, Hitachi, GE and Mahindra and has been pivotal in introducing new products namely, Surge Protection Device and Laminated Bus Bar.
MR. ABHISHEK NAKIL (Works Manager)
Mr. Abhishek has an experience of 10 Years in this industry. He deals with precision tool work ,part design and 3D part machining. He knows how to take advantage of the capabilities of CNC Machining to the fullest.
He is a well versed designer that follows certain designs for Manufacturing. His guidelines are the best design practices for CNC machinery. His feedback is similar to the industry experts and CNC machinery service providers. He also compiles an extensive list of up-to-date information. He also has experience in designing cost-effective parts for CNC.
MR. MAKARAND DESHPANDE (Export Consultant)
Mr. Makarand is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate and has more than 30 years of experience in Vendor Development, Projects, and Marketing of Technical Products. He has successfully specialised in Investment Castings, Mechanical Variable Speed Drives, Air pollution Control Equipments , Pumps & Valves etc.
He has also made his mark in Turnkey Industrial Automation Projects for the automotive industry along with Food and Pharma process equipment. He was an essential team member in developing the key Cummins engine components.
Mr. Makarand previously worked in Glaxo India, Cummins India, ITSS-Bahrain, and Altrom Canada. He has critical knowledge of domestic and North American markets and their business practices.
